Our shipment options and their cost may vary depending on the country of destination.
Customs charges are not included.
Delivery will be carried out on the following periods (weekend included):
Spain – peninsula: 2 to 4 working days
Balearic islands: 3 to 5 working days
Canary islands: 3 to 6 working days
Ceuta and Melilla: 3 to 6 working days
Portugal: 3 to 4 working days
Rest of European Union (EU): 3 to 8 working days
USA and Latin America: 7 to 15 working days
What should I do if I purchased an item in the wrong size?
Get in contact with us through the form available at “Contact” in our website, fill the required information and indicate that you will need a change of size.
If there is the need to change an item for another size, customers will have up to 14 days from the receipt of the original order.
You will receive an email with a reference number confirming we have processed your petition of exchange. This process and the shipment will be charge-free. You will not need to repeat your original order. We will contact you in order to coordinate the gathering and shipment details of the new size.
Only the first return shipment of a given product will be charge-free, then customers will be responsible for further shipment costs.
Refunds: In cases in which Friday’s Project processes the product replacement, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, and its cost may differ depending on the location.
